Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

In our Avenja store, we accept the following payment methods:

2. Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and secured according to the highest security standards. We do not store your payment card data. Payments are processed by trusted payment partners certified with PCI DSS.

3. Charge Time

Your card or bank account will be charged at the time the order is placed.


4. Payment Confirmation

After the payment is completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation at the email address provided during the order. The confirmation includes order details and the transaction number.

5. VAT Invoice

A VAT invoice is automatically issued for every order and sent electronically to the provided email address. If you need an invoice for a company, please provide the company details (NIP, name, address) when placing the order.

6. Payment Refund

In case of product return or order cancellation, the payment refund will be made within 14 days from the moment the returned goods are received or the order is canceled. The funds will be returned to the same account or card used for the payment.

7. Payment Issues

If you encounter problems with completing the payment, contact us. We will help resolve the issue and complete the transaction.

8. Changes to the Payment Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to the payment policy. Any changes will be announced on the website. Changes take effect upon publication.
