We want the ordering and delivery process to be as simple and transparent as possible. Below you will find all the important information regarding shipping, delivery times, and order fulfillment.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping for all orders — with no minimum order value.
Shipping Area
Currently, we ship to the following countries:
• Poland (PL)
• United Kingdom (UK)
• Italy (IT)
Order Processing and Delivery Time
• Order cutoff time: 00:00 (CET)
• Processing time: 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays)
• Delivery time: 5-10 business days from the moment the shipment is sent
• Shipping partners: local courier companies in Poland, Italy, and the United Kingdom
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. Note: the tracking number may only be active 3-5 days after shipping, once the package leaves the warehouse.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided during the order process. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delays. In case of absence, the courier will leave a notice or the package will be taken to the nearest pickup point.
Customs Clearance and Taxes
All shipments are sent in accordance with the applicable customs regulations in the destination country. In most cases, customs duties and VAT are already included in the product price. In rare cases, customs may charge additional fees — if so, please contact us.
Damaged or Defective Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We will promptly arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost or cannot be delivered, we will resend the order. If the order is not delivered within 30 days of shipping, a full refund is possible.
Uncollected Shipments
If the delivery is not accepted or not picked up at the pickup point and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of up to 15 euros from the refund amount.
Delivery Delays
International shipments may be delayed due to:
• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Holidays and days off
• Increased traffic during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
If your shipment has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us — we will help track the package.

Poland:
Order cutoff time: 00:00 (CET). Delivery times are approximate. Your statutory consumer rights, including rights related to online orders, remain unaffected.
United Kingdom (UK):
Order cutoff time: 00:00 (CET). Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to delivery within a reasonable time. Delivery times are approximate. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Italy:
Order cutoff time: 00:00 (CET). According to Italian consumer law (Codice del Consumo), delivery must occur within a reasonable time unless another delivery period has been agreed upon. Delivery times are approximate. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
